You have 30 days to request a refund if you're not satisfied with your purchase.
Once that time has lapsed we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 14 days of receiving the products at email@example.com with pictures of the damaged items.
Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
We process refunds instantly and within less than 24h.
However, it may take 2-3 business days for the refund to display on your payment card statement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Topneck is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Topneck will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
